How to Translate Files with PairaphraseGPT

This article explains how to use PairaphraseGPT to translate files within Pairaphrase.

Pairaphrase users now have access to a powerful new way to personalize and improve machine translation quality: PairaphraseGPT—our proprietary AI model designed for translation—and a Sandbox environment that lets you train models using your own content.

Steps:

  1. Log in to Pairaphrase
    Go to www.pairaphrase.com and sign in.

  2. Select PairaphraseGPT as your engine

    • Go to Translation Engines in your user profile page.

    • Choose PairaphraseGPT from the list.

    • This sets it as your default engine for translations.

  3. Upload your file

    • Go to File Translator

    • Upload your document (supported formats include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, 25 file formats in total)

  4. Choose languages and translate

    • Choose your source and target language

    • Click Translate

  5. Post-edit your translation
    Use the Translation Editor to review and adjust output. Changes are saved to your Translation Memory.
