How to Train Generative AI in Pairaphrase Using Your LLM Profile

This article explains how to train Generative AI in Pairaphrase by uploading your organization’s documents to your LLM Profile for improved translation quality.

Steps:

  1. Access your LLM Profile

    • Go to your user profile or organization settings

    • Open the LLM Profile on the left sidebar

  2. Upload reference content

    • Add documents such as glossaries, style guides, or previous translations

    • These documents are used by the AI to guide translation behavior during your sessions. NOTE: These assets can only be used with the PairaphraseGPT and ChatGPT translation engines.

  3. Use an LLM engine either ChatGPT or PairaphraseGPT

    • Your uploaded content will inform and influence the engine’s output during translation sessions

  4. Update as needed

    • You can add or remove files at any time to fit different projects

    • You can also specify Domain, Audience and Writing Style
