This article explains the user data available to Owners and Admins to effectively monitor and manage user activity and translation performance.
User Activity Data in Pairaphrase
Owners and Admins have access to user activity data. All user actions are captured and you can find them on the User Audit Trail page. This is a HIPAA compliance requirement. To view user actions, navigate to your User Profile page by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner (step 1) and click on User Audit Trail (step 2). This will display all the actions of all the users on your plan.
Owners and Admins can also see the total number of words that each user has translated and translated in their current billing period. This can help Owners and Admins manage their seat licenses better. To view words translated, navigate to your User Profile page by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner (step 1) and clicking on View Details (step 2).
This will open the Total Words Used screen where you can see the words used in the current period, the overall number of words translated by each user and how many words remain.
Owners and Admins can also see how long it takes to review and edit translations. by clicking on File Time Audit from their User Profile page. This report will provide Owners and Admins data to help them forecast how long it takes to review/edit translations and how much time their users are saving by using Pairaphrase.
Pairaphrase user data provides Owners and Admins the data they need to optimally manage their users and their account. Owners and Admins can allocate licenses based on their usage.
