How to Use the Translation Viewer in Pairaphrase

This article explains how to preview your translated document using the Translation Viewer before downloading the final version.

The Translation Viewer is a helpful tool in Pairaphrase that allows you to visually preview your translated file before finalizing it. This is especially useful for checking formatting, layout accuracy, and overall readability—without having to download the document first.

Where to Find the Translation Viewer

  1. After uploading and editing your file in the File Editor, go to the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click the Download button dropdown.

  3. Select Translation Viewer from the list.

This will open a preview of your translated document in a new tab or window.

Why Use the Translation Viewer?

  • Check layout and formatting before downloading

  • Ensure translated text appears correctly on the page

  • Spot errors or issues early

  • Save time by previewing instead of re-downloading multiple versions

Using the Translation Viewer can help you catch layout-related problems early, particularly with PDFs or structured documents that contain tables, forms, or visual elements.

Once you’re satisfied with the preview, you can proceed to Download Translation or Save to Google Drive directly from the same menu.
