How to use the file batch sharing feature in Pairaphrase

The file batch sharing feature in Pairaphrase’s editor page enables you to quickly and securely share a group of translated documents with team members or collaborators, organized by language. This tool simplifies the review process and enhances collaboration across multilingual projects.

What is the file batch sharing feature?

File batch sharing allows you to:

  • Share an entire batch of translated documents with just a few clicks

  • Automatically organize files by language

  • Send email invitations to reviewers for specific language groups

How to share a batch of files

  1. Open your translated batch
    After translating your files, locate the batch you want to share in the editor.
    Click on the batch to reveal the sharing options.

  2. Initiate sharing
    Click the “Share Batch” button. A window will appear showing your files grouped by language.

  3. Select the files to share
    Choose the files within a specific language section (e.g., French) that you want to send to a reviewer.

  4. Enter the reviewer’s email
    Input the email address of the person you’d like to share the selected documents with.

  5. Click share
    The system will send an email invitation to the reviewer. Don’t worry if there’s no confirmation message—emails are sent automatically.

  6. Repeat for other languages
    To share documents in another language (e.g., Spanish), repeat the process with the relevant files and email address.

What the reviewer receives

Each reviewer will get an email invitation to access and review the files assigned to them. They’ll only see the documents relevant to the language group they were sent, keeping the review process clean and focused.
