How to upload a Translation Memory TMX file

This article explains how to upload a Translation Memory file in Pairaphrase. Watch the video below or follow the step-by-step instructions to get started.

First, you will need to sign in to your Pairaphrase account. Once you have signed in, you will need to navigate to your User Profile page by clicking on the link on the top right of the page.

From here, you will need to go to your "Translation Memories" screen by clicking on Translation Memories in the left-hand sidebar.

Upload a TMX file screen

Once you are on the Translation Memories page, click on the UPLOAD TMX button.

Steps to upload a TMX file

  1. Fill in all the fields in the Upload TMX popup. First, select the source language and target language of your TMX file.
  2. Select the Group - Public is the default
  3. Either drag and drop or upload a TMX file from your computer.
  4. Click UPLOAD

Depending on the file size, it may take a few minutes for the Translation Memories screen to populate with the uploaded content.
