This article describes the process to translate batch files simultaneously.
Translating multiple files at once speeds up the post-editing process. The process is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to process your files:
- Select Languages
Choose the source language and target language for translation. - Upload Your Files
Click the option to upload files and select the group of files you want to translate. - Start the Translation
Click Translate Files. You will be redirected to the Active Documents section. - Open Batch View
Once the draft is ready, click Open Batch in the Action column to view all the files in the batch. - Edit Individual Files
Click on the name of a file within the batch to open it in the Translation Editor. - Review and edit the translation to improve quality.
- Once editing is complete, go to the Actions Tab and click Save. This will:
- Save edits to the Translation Memory.
- Save edits to the translated files.
The translation originator will be notified via email.
