Translating multiple files at once speeds up the post-editing process. The process is simple and straightforward. Watch the video below or follow the step-by-step guidelines to learn how to do it:
- Select languages
Choose the source language and target language for translation. - Upload your files
Click the option to upload files and select the group of files you want to translate.
- Start the translation
Click Translate Files. You will be redirected to the Active Documents section. - Open batch view
Once the draft is ready, click Open Batch in the Action column to view all the files in the batch.
- Edit individual files
Click on the name of a file within the batch to open it in the Translation Editor.
- Review and edit the translation to improve quality.
- Once editing is complete, go to the Actions tab and click Save. This will:
- Save edits to the Translation Memory.
- Save edits to the translated files.
The translation originator will automatically be notified via email.
