      How to save your CSV File for Translation

       Microsoft Excel provides users with a variety of "Save As" options to allow for greater flexibility and compatibility when saving and sharing files. Excel users may need to share files with users who are using different software applications, and different versions of the same software. The "Save As" options allow users to save their files in a format that is compatible with the other user's software. This can pose issues in translation.

      Pairaphrase supports both .csv and .xlsx file formats. However, saving your file as a CSV UTF-8 file will produce encoding issues in Pairaphrase.

      If you are experiencing an encoding issue, re-save your file as a CSV file and not a CSV UTF-8 file. This will correct your encoding issues.
