1. Once you have your script ready, you must input it into an Excel file. Enter each line of text into Column A—either by typing or copying and pasting. Each line will correspond to a separate audio file.

3. To add longer pauses between spoken lines, such as when listing bullet points, insert a hard return at the beginning of the text in each relevant cell. This creates a noticeable pause before the line is spoken.
