This article explains how to create multilingual voice overs with Pairaphrase.
Pairaphrase provides an AI-driven voice over solution to streamline the production of multilingual audio for training videos, phone systems, marketing campaigns, and more.
Follow these steps to get started:
1. Prepare your script file for processing:
-
- Once you have your script ready, you must input it into an Excel file. Enter each line of text into Column A—either by typing or copying and pasting. Each line will correspond to a separate audio file.
- Ensure that the file contains only the text that needs to be converted into audio.
- To add longer pauses between spoken lines, such as when listing bullet points, insert a hard return at the beginning of the text in each relevant cell. This creates a noticeable pause before the line is spoken.
2. Upload your script file:
-
- Select Source and Target Languages: Choose the languages you want to translate to and from.
- Generate and Refine Translation: Receive an initial AI-generated translation and refine it with the help of a translator or bilingual colleague for accuracy.
3. Download your voice over file
Once finalized, download your file, ready for use in any project. Select between male and female voices and pick your preferred audio format (.wav or .mp3).
