Downloading a file is fast and simple with Pairaphrase. After your translation has been completed, click on the filename and open the file in the Pairaphrase Translation Editor.

After you've opened the file in the Translation Editor, click on the DOWNLOAD button in the upper right-hand corner. Choose DOWNLOAD TRANSLATION from the dropdown menu.

You can download translated files one at a time and you can download entire batches of files for maximum productivity. Pairaphrase is designed to make this process straightforward, allowing you to quickly obtain your translated files with minimal post-translation adjustments needed.
NOTE: PDF files are downloaded to your PC as .docx files. However, if you need to download your translated PDF file as a PDF, you can use the "Save to Google Drive" option located within the "Download" button. This will save your file as a PDF.
