How to Access Pairaphrase Through ClassLink Single Sign-On
The Pairaphrase integration with ClassLink gives educators and school staff a simple, secure way to access Pairaphrase using their existing school credentials.
Once your school or district has configured Pairaphrase in ClassLink, authorized users can open Pairaphrase directly from their ClassLink LaunchPad. Users do not need to create or remember a separate Pairaphrase password.
What is the Pairaphrase and ClassLink integration?
The integration uses ClassLink Single Sign-On, or SSO, to authenticate approved users.
After Pairaphrase has been added and assigned by a ClassLink administrator, users will see the Pairaphrase icon in their LaunchPad. Selecting the icon securely signs them into Pairaphrase with their existing school account.
Inside Pairaphrase, educators and school staff can translate documents such as:
- Individualized Education Programs, or IEPs
- 504 plans
- Parent and guardian communications
- Enrollment and registration forms
- Presentations
- Policies, notices and other school documents
Pairaphrase preserves the formatting and layout of supported file types throughout the translation process.
How administrators can add Pairaphrase in ClassLink
A school or district ClassLink administrator can find Pairaphrase through the ClassLink App Library.
To add the application:
- Sign in to the school or district ClassLink LaunchPad.
- Select the plus-sign button to open the ClassLink App Library.
- Search for Pairaphrase.
- Add Pairaphrase to the district’s approved applications.
- Assign access to the appropriate staff members, schools, departments or user groups.
- Complete the required SSO configuration with Pairaphrase.
