How do I transcribe a voice memo, lecture, or meeting?

Switch to Notes mode from the home screen, tap Record, and speak naturally — no second language or translation is required. Tap Stop when finished, and PairaVoice will generate a full transcript automatically.

Can I use PairaVoice for note-taking without translation?

Yes. Notes mode works independently of translation — many Pro users rely on it purely for transcribing lectures, meetings, and personal voice memos with professional-grade AI accuracy.

How do I organize my transcribed notes?

Notes are automatically saved to your Sessions library, sorted by date. You can open, copy, download or delete your sessions any time.

How do I search my past transcripts?

Go to the Sessions tab and search them by date.

How long are transcripts saved?

Transcripts are saved indefinitely for Pro subscribers unless manually deleted, or until your account's data retention policy applies (see Security & Compliance). Core plan users can view recent conversation history but do not have access to the saved, searchable transcript library.

How do I generate an automatic SOAP note?

After completing a patient conversation or note recording, tap Generate SOAP Note from the transcript screen. PairaVoice's AI will structure the conversation into Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan sections automatically.

Can I export SOAP notes to my EHR system?

SOAP notes can be downloaded as a PDF, which you can then upload or attach within your existing EHR workflow. PairaVoice does not currently offer a direct, native EHR integration, so exporting is a manual step on your end.


What information does PairaVoice capture in clinical notes?

SOAP notes are generated from the spoken content of your conversation or recording, structured into standard clinical documentation format. PairaVoice does not pull in outside patient data — only what is captured in the recorded conversation.
